We prepare each meal to order so it comes to your table or home fresh. In today's fast food world, our food never comes to
your table wrapped in paper five minutes after you order it. We believe you should take your time
when you eat, enjoying the company and experience along with the flavors.
Too many restaurants concentrate on their decor these days, cutting corners when it comes to ingredients.
We choose to concentrate on our food. All of our ingredients are either imported from Italy or locally sourced.
We bake our own bread. Our meat comes from the local butcher We use real Parmigiano Reggiano,
100% Italian Olive Oil, and Bufala Mozzarella flown in from Italy.
Our menu is based on the integrity of Italian cooking. We use only the finest ingredients as the foundation for our specialty
pastas and fresh seafood dishes. The very best imported products, along with house made specialty items, add an authentic touch to
